Unfortunately you cannot 'stack' slides. Only one slide can show at a time. There is no way to put individual slides under each other from a single slider. For a page layout like this, you would need several sliders, not slides.
Regarding the animations, I'd recommend to take a look at the Background behavior option in the Slider Settings -> Appearance tab. You can use that to set a fixed background with parallax moving for a similar effect. Please note, it only works with global backgrounds. As for the layers, you can use their Parallax Transition tab, to set their parallax movement for scrolling.
I'm not sure how to stack slides on top of each other in a way that the slides on top don't disappear. I've recorded a loom video to make it clearer.
