I've paid for the premium plugin.  The original came bundled with a WP template I had purchased.  I've never been able to get any slider to work correctly.  On the page (link provided) I've created a slider.  If you click any of the navigation, it takes you to the top of the page.  So sliders embeded on pages don't work.  I've made a few but haven't deployed them.  When I try to make new headers with videos embedded they don't work either.  Typically the video's won't play.  And I'm talking a very simple header with a background image and a vimeo video embeded yet the video doesn't play.  Is this product buggy?  I've read all the documentation.

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hello Joe,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

There seems to be a Greensock conflict on the page, causing these errors. There is most likely another item/plugin trying to use Greensock, but does not provide compatibility, thus the issues. Please try to use the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Include scripts in the footer and Use Greensock (GSAP) sandboxing options to see if they help.

We'd also recommend to update everything on your installation, to make sure that you use the latest release of them. Old plugin/theme versions might load outdated jQuery/Greensock that could result in conflicts like this.

    Hi Attila,

I have placed another slider on a live page on my site.  You can find it here: http://ctweddingdj.com/weddings/#ceremony

I have selected the options you suggested in the settings.  I have disabled all animations on the page to hopefully minimize javascript conflicts.  Still, the slider doesn't work.  When you hover your mouse over the navigation dots, no thumbnails show up and when you look in the lower left corner of the browser to see what the navigation is linked to, all links point to http://ctweddingdj.com/weddings/#      which takes you to the top of the page.

    What should I try next?

Thank you for the feedback. The same js errors are still there, so unfortunately the GSAP didn't solve the issue. The conflict is still there generating these errors. To continue troubleshooting, please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme, to see if that solves the errors and to look for the conflicting item.
