Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Please note that, the plugin update cannot cause this. LayerSlider cannot delete itself or sliders during an update. The sliders are not even stored in the plugin, but in the database, so it wouldn't be possible.
This is most likely related to a server issue. Something probably went wrong, resulting in this. I'd recommend to roll back your site to an earlier state before this happened, or if you are not familiar with this, you could contact your hosting too.
Unfortunately, we are not familar with your site or server, so we cannot tell you what to do exactly. We'd recommend to contact your site operator or hosting provider with this case. They have the necessary tools and permissions to do something like this.
Hello !
I made the new update of Layer Slider. The installation did not work and now the plugin is gone and all my sliders on the website are deleted?!!
Please urgently for help. Is there anything left to save?
Thanks for your quick help!!
