Hi, I manage some simple updates for a client, but I am not a developer. I have been trying to update their layer slider with a new slide, but keep getting an error. I purchased an activation code for the plugin on their behalf, and entered it into the plugin page of their site to activate and update. I even updated their Wordpress, and still get an error. I will attach a screenshot of the issue to help illustrate.
Can you help me? I am not sure if the issue is with the plugin or the server.
