In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
I have done a research by myself and i found that the issue is because Apple, in the last IOS12 have disabled by default, for privacy reason, the movement and gyroscope in Safari and maybe also other browser. You have to go to Settings -> Safari and Enable the function "tilting and movements" (or similar)
I'm informing you just to know that someone else may have the same problem.

i finished this website about 1 month ago. All was working fine also on mobile i had a perfect tilting effect on apple and other devices too.

Now i'm came back on the website about 2 month later and i see that on mobile the tilting effect is inactive.
I'm using it on Enfild theme. I try to deactivate some performance neanche and delete the cache but nothing happens.
Can you help me to solve the problem and make it works again the tilting/paralax effect on mobile?
