Hi! I have chosen a parallax template named Personal Package. When I have imported it, there is one set of layer per slide. I have no idea how to link it. Let's say, after slide 1, slide 2 will appear below when I scroll down. Pls advise how to go about it. Checked the parallax transition but found nothing.

Please note that the parallax effect is used for animating layers and slide backgrounds, not to navigate the slider.
If you would like a slide animation that goes from bottom to top when the slideshow proceeds, I'd recommend to look around in the Slide Transitions, you will find similar animations there.
Or if you want to play the slideshow strictly with scrolling, you can use the Play By Scroll feature for that. As shown in this example slider: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/play-by-scroll/ You can animate layers and change slides by scrolling with this feature.
