Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hello, it's normal that I don't have any slider when I go to your slider store ? when I click on a category that say it's come soon.

    No, it's not. Please re-activate the plugin with your purchase code in the product activation box, to make sure that the activation is not stuck. After that, please press the Force library update in the Template Store. This should help normally.

    Thank you for the feedback. There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.8.2.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
    To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
    Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WP sidebar, for any related error messages that could provide more information.

    Unfortunately we cannot login without a site address.

    Also, have you followed up with the suggestions from the previous reply ? Did the temporary disable help ? Or did you find anything in the LayerSlider System Status ?
