Before purchasing LayerSlider, I've contacted customer service to confirm if the layout I needed for my website is doable and no coding needed. I got a response and the agent said yes. So I now bought it today. I've been trying to do the layout but I am having a hard time in doing so. I am encountering two problems. First, I dont know how to make the carousel effect. What I can do for now is the show one image in one slide and the next on the other slide. What I am trying to do is to have two images, side by side and moving in carousel. Second problem is, i can't edit the # of lines of my text. Its either its too small or big. I need my text to be 4 liner. But it always keeps going to back to 2 line. So in effect, my text is too long which does not fit anymore in the image.

Appreciate all the help you can give me.

    Hello Lia,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

The carousel effect that you see in the demo sliders (shoes and star wars) is set up with separate slides. You can import those to check out the exact settings we used, and to see how we set them up.
If you want to animate multiple layers in a single slide, you can also do that, with looping and middle transition, but unfortunately it won't be interactive (you cannot trigger layer animations with clicking, so they would animate automatically in a loop).

The text size can be set in the layer's Styles tab, as well as the layer's own sizes too (width and height). You can play around with the layer size to see what fits your text position best. You can also enable the word-wrap if you want, or use the min font size, and even use line breaks ( <br> tags ) if you want to manually format your text layers.

Also, there are many source materials available you can check, that will help you get started using LayerSlider. The documentation contains detailed information and examples that you can read on the following URL: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/
You can also read the interactive tooltip & notification messages integrated into the Slider Builder interface, with descriptions of the settings by hovering over each one of them.
There are also video tutorials available on video sharing sites, for example, on YouTube. They were created by other users or authors, but still, they can be helpful.
Finally, you can import the mentioned demo sliders from the Template Store to see what settings we used and how we set them up exactly.
