If you are looking for LayerSlider's admin, you can access it by entering the plugin interface from your WP dashboard. And the slide animations can be changed in the Slide Options -> Slide Transition section.

i have uninstalled the old version and uploaded the new one three times. This sign makes me think the new version is not installed. Do you have screen sharing so you can walk me through this? I have read your "how to" pages and this is the result I am getting.
