    Please explain the problem in more details. When and how does it fail exactly ? Are there any errors ?

    There could be multiple reasons why you cannot install it. For example, another (theme) copy is already installed, you are using the wrong zip file, etc. But if you follow the step-by-step installation guide in the documentation, you cannot go wrong: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#plugin-setup
