We're using the LayerSlider for WordPress, and unfortunately have found that sometimes the layer slider doesn't appear. Instead it is blank. If I refresh, it appears, but not upon opening the page (again, sometimes). Not sure if this is a setting I missed! I've attached screen shots of what happens.

Thanks for getting back to me - unfortunately it seem sporadic. Maybe it is a linking issue? If you go to the What We Create page (http://triciaannjones.com/thesimongroup/what-we-create/), and click on any of the "See More" buttons to bring you to a case study page, they don't seem to always want to load. But sometimes they do?
I'm using Google Chrome and have been creating it in Google Chrome!
Good day Attila, I have the same problem. Sometimes one or two sliders will not load. The slider area is blanc. It seems to be random, it not always the same slider, if i refresh ( save ) the slider again, it will appear again, but for a short period. I have checked several possibilities why this is happening ( checking the plugins, my browser setting etc. ) but none of them seems to be causing this problem. Me too, wondering if i have to do something with my settings.
We've investigated this further and it seems like the problem is related to some kind of ajax content loading when navigating and that interferes with the slider sometimes. Do you use this kind of method on your site ?

Atilla i did not purchased the plugin, it came with enfold. So i don't have a purchace code. I can't rise a new ticket. What can i do now. Do i need to go to Enfold with this issue?
If you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author. Please contact the author of your theme with this case and about the available new versions.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
In that case, I believe it is likely applied by your theme, so it should be in your theme settings. Please look around there to see if you can find anything like that.

Contacting the theme author is also a good idea. Hopefully they respond soon.
