I'm having trouble with a very simple slider. The first time the page loads, the background images show up really zoomed in for a few seconds, before resizing to fit the specified slider size. I've resized all of the images to be 1200px x 600px, and they are not large files. It seems that after the slides have loaded once or twice, they function properly. See the two images attached to see what I mean - the first is how the slider looks initially; the second is how it's supposed to look.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
The problem is likely related to some kind of preloader/optimizer or cache solution on your site, that is interfering with the content of the slider.
But if we could see the slider live, we would be able to tell more. Could you please show us the slider on your site or a test page ? The URL you provided throws the following error: Oops! the page you are looking for could not be found.
Thank you. I can see the problem, and I still suspect that there is some kind of image preloader/optimizer or cache solution on your site, that is interfering with the images in the slider.
Please check if you use anything on your installation that could be doing this.
If you are not aware of anything like this, you could also try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
