Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi again,
Still going great. I have a need to run 5 slides in a loop and over them a ribbon of text that moved from say left to right in the same time as all the slides complete and then repeats. I'm pretty sure its a layer thing but I can't work out how to animate the text ribbon,Is it possible?
Thx
Matty
Hello Matty,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
The option to set a layer static is located in the Layers -> Transitions tab at the bottom, it is called 'Keep this layer visible: ...' With this you can keep a layer over the slideshow, throughout multiple slides.
But unfortunately, if a layer is static, it will stay at the same place after its own slide ends, not animating anymore, just sitting there static.
So If you want to move it around on every new slide, you will need to use separate layers instead.
I believe you should try to set up one ribbon layer for each slide at a new location on slide start. This way the layer will animate in and out between slides, but if you set a fast transition time for it and a smooth animation, it should look good in my opinion.
