How can I move the image horizontally with the mouse scroll? I added the parallax effect to the image layer but now I need to be able to horizontally navigate it when I use the mouse scroll.

Unfortunately the scroll parallax effect is only available on the vertical axis. The horizontal parallax effect can only be achieved with cursor movement or tilt at the moment. We are planning to improve this in the future, but currently this is the limitation.
