I have created multiple Slides on multiple pages. None of them are displayed. Can you please let me know what need to be done?

    Hello Umesh,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site and there are some jQuery and JS errors on it, that are causing the slider malfunction. As I can see the problem is related to the "Autoptimize" plugin, it generates said errors.

First, please try to use the "Include scripts in the footer" advanced setting in LayerSlider (Options -> Advanced tab).

If that option did not help, please try to temporary disable the "Autoptimize" plugin, or exclude LayerSlider from its method, to see if that helps.

    Hello Attila,

The Option of "Include scripts in the footer" is enforced by Enfold. I am not able to make any changes. I have attached screenshot for your reference. Also I have disabled "Autoptimize" Plugin but the issue is yet not resolved. Please check and help me resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Hello Attila,

There was problem with 2 Plugins "Autoptimize" and "Messenger Customer Chat". I have disabled both and now the slides are loading without any issues. I need to use both the Plugins. Please got the issue resolved and share the details of the fix.

    Regards

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a fix for this from our end, as the issue is not related to LayerSlider. The problematic js error was generated by "Autoptimize". Also, these two plugins are affecting LayerSlider, preventing it from working correctly, not the other way around. So the adjustment has to be made on their end. I'd recommend to contact the authors of these plugins about the errors and how you can prevent them from affecting LayerSlider.

Thanks for response. This will only result in stop using your Plugin as we cannot stop using both other other Plugins.

The main problem is with the jQuery. Every other error that occurs on your site (LayerSlider, Jetpack, etc), is generated because they are jQuery dependent scripts.

The cache plugin that you are using (potentially the Autoptimize) tries to load scripts in async mode, meaning that they are not in order. This does not only affect LayerSlider, but everything on your site.

This async loading generates all the errors on your site and prevents scripts (including LayerSlider) from running properly, by interfering with the jQuery. You will need to disable it, to let the scripts run in order, and to solve these problems.
