You will need to apply the same layer transitions to achieve the same effect. The 'great' and 'real' text layers are utilizing the Loop & Middle Transition settings. That is why they are looping, instead of stop playing after one cycle. I'd recommend to import that demo slider and check the exact settings we used. You'll see the modifiers, duration, yoyo, count, etc settings being used on them. The timeline view can also help a lot when setting up complex layer transitions.
Unfortunately this effect can only be achieved with 2 layers at the moment. Infinitely looping more than 2 elements at the same time and place like this, will not be timed properly. So you can only use 2 text layers for this currently. This option/effect will be improved in future updates.
