Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I previously had done a slider and client wanted images changed. I deleted the whole slider to start again (the old images are not even in the wordpress library) and as I try to upload a specific image, it keeps defaulting to a deleted image. How do I correct this? If I delete the plugin and reinstall - will it accept my purchase code again?

    Hello Taniel,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Yes, you can freely reinstall the plugin. You can use your license again, just make sure to remove it first before uninstalling.

But I think the problem is likely going to be that the old source (URL/post) is still stuck in there. You should be able to adjust that by removing the content from the fields. Does this also happen if you create a completely new slider and try to add a new image layer ? And how exactly are you adding the images to the slider ?
