I want to import some LayerSlider templates from your template store. I have tried several different ones and nothing will work. I waited for a long time and more than 30 minutes and the icon for LayerSlider just keeps spinning. Can you help me please?

Please check LayerSlider's own System Status (not the server settings from your screenshot). It is located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar under LayerSlider. Please look for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

my provider could solve the problem!!
It is a server setting problem. The provider should set the server to allow "zip". After that all works!
