    Hi there,

    1.  Can you please help How do I get my popup to float on every screen ..? - I made a menu, and I checked that it must go on every page but it doesn't show..  Also - it must float on the top left hand side of every page while scrolling down (like a sticky header almost, but it must stay the same size at the top)
    2. I have a few sliders on one page, but I see in Firefox it looks like the sliders go into a negative space at the top? - why is that? (sceenshot 2)
    3. Do you guys have a simple plan for mobile, when I make it mobile it makes everything MUCH smaller.. and when I make the min. font size say 14px, it goes bigger than the screen, and the Image is still very very small? It makes life very difficult because at this stage it looks like I literally have to rebuild everything  in mobile?so its double the work.. - am I correct or what do you guys normally do? Please let me know, Im at this point very frustrated because of this.. :-)
    4. Let me know if you need login details - I sent some login details yesterday to George K - you can still use this.

Thanks so much so far for your help!

    Hello Rochelle,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

You have two options to separately control the slider on mobiles. You can either use the device specific layers, or build a new slider.

Since version 6 you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet), aka the device specific layers. This feature gives you the option to create separate layers, sizes and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device.

Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for desktop/mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device. This method gives you more control, but requires more work.

As for this popup setup. You just need a popup slider that is positioned in the corner (align preset) and included to every page. The align preset is in the Layout Settings of the popup, and you can insert it to all pages with the Target Pages section. After this you just customize the opening and closing as you see fit and all should be good.
