I am trying to make my menu item underline on hover (its done on a popup) I have tried to add css to the custom css on the style panel, but it doesn't work. Am I missing something?

I found a solution. I added a special class to the parent element of the menu layers (see on the first screenshot), and used a css code in the custom css editor (see on the second screenshot). You can customize the border width / color if you need.
