    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS!!...

    after 20 years experience I'm no stranger to installing and activating but this is driving me insane!...

    1. My Layer Slider came bundled with Bridge theme and I found it a breeze to use... But of course I wanted to support this great item and so I purchased... I installed it on my Wordpress via FTP successfully and I downloaded my license code... all 100% BUT!!... When I enter the "code" to activate, I get a pop-up...  "oooops, Wrong purchase code pop-up...  This is so frustrating after hours trying to resolve this and I went through documentation several times! The annoying thing is... I cannot get support because it is not recognising my code which I've even extended!!!... You guys ought to setup something for people who cannot get into support when It won't recognise my code!... PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGE TO SHOW THAT I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING BUT YOUR SITE HAS MESSED UP IN PROVIDING ME WITH THE WROING CODE!!!
