You can just right click in the slider editor window and select the Copy/Paste Layer options. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V shortcut keys also work.
Or if you are looking to only copy the styles, you can choose the Copy/Paste Layer Styles option instead.
You can also find these options in the Layer settings at the bottom, but I believe using the above-mentioned methods are faster.

I have looked but can not find a way to duplicate a layer with all its properties to another layer.
