    I can not activate or find a way to enter my product code. Please see the errors I receive.

    Do you not see the product activation box on the plugin's admin area, as shown in the documentation ? It's on the plugin admin's home page, under the sliders list. You can enter your license there.

    If you do not see it, did you have LayerSlider installed as a part of a theme before ?

    As I can see, there are no errors in your screenshots. Only an image of the plugin documentation, another one showing the LayerSlider notifications, and one showing that LayerSlider is not activated in your Plugins menu.

    Yes, you need the plugin activated to receive updates. And you can activate the plugin in it's own admin interface. So back to my original question:

    Please note that, this does not require any skill. You just have to open LayerSlider, and scroll down on its main page until you see the Product Activation box:

     You can enter your purchase code there.

    I do not get the production activation dialog box. Please see an attached screen shot of the page I get. There is nothing below it.

    This is not the main page of the plugin. This is the System Status.

    I've attached a screenshot, showing the main page of LayerSlider. And highlighted the activation box you need. You cannot miss it.

    I'm trying to get through to support after purchasing layer-slider but because It won't recognise me "Code" as a "Direct Buyer" I can't get through and I'm stuck here foe the last few days on trying to find a way round this... My slider came bundled with a theme on not activating it through the WP,  after reading the instructions on installing it through FPT which I've done successfully, I was expecting to activate it from my site (see images attached) but all I get is a "oooops wrong code" So I'm doing and have done all the right things according to instructions but my code is not recognised and even more frustrating is I cannot get into "Support" even after paying extra for a further 60 months...

    I found the  Layer Slider which came bundled with Bridge theme very easy to use... But of course I wanted to support those who created this this great plugin and so I purchased it... But what now???

    Please open a separate ticket for your case and describe the exact issue you're experiencing. For example, if you're receiving an error message, please include that in your message as well.

    I can't open ticket because the support license has expired. I just have a product I can't use, unless I pay more money. 

    The activation is a closed loop.
