    Hello Inferno0,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

As I can see LayerSlider is not installed (or activated) on your site currently, but it still loads incredibly slow. I do not believe that the problem is related to the slider. LayerSlider cannot affect your site this way. This looks more like a server problem.

But if you show us a page where the LayerSlider is being used, we can take another look.

    hello ,

I have solved the backend slow problem.

however , the traffic pass through cloudflare , the slider is not showing. But the direct traffic can show the slider.

I have tried to clear the cloudflare cache , but no help.

    Could you please help?

We've had issues in the past with the Rocketscript feature of Cloudflare. Rocketscript is a method used to compress and asynchronously load scripts on page, and it could easily break any WordPress plugin as it also interferes with jQuery. LayerSlider is jQuery dependent, hence the problem.

Could you please check if you use Rocketscript ? And if you do, please try to enable the RocketScript compatibility option in the LayerSlider Advanced settings to see if that helps.

didnt use the rocket loader , however , even enabled the rocketscript compatible mode , still not function.

    Thank you for the feedback.

As I can see, there are jQuery errors (jQuery is not defined) on your site. This could mean that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. LayerSlider needs it be loaded in the header to be able to display the slider properly.

If you're not familiar with jQuery implementation on your site, please try to use the "Include scripts in the footer" advanced setting to see if that helps.

    Hello,

I've checked your site, but the whole thing seems to be broken currently (screenshot attached). Is there a temporary issue with it ? Could you please let us know when it's back to normal, so we can check the sliders ?

Thank you for the feedback. I've opened your site again and as I can see there are several hundred errors on it (you can see them in the browser console). Most of them related to TweenMax (Greensock) and jQuery.

There seems to be some serious issue/conflict with these items on your site, unrelated to the slider.

As for the sliders, you could try to use the LayerSlider WP -> Options -> Advanced -> Include scripts in the footer and Use Greensock (GSAP) sandboxing options to see if they help.

But I'd definitely recommend to check on your jQuery, and the Greensock problem.

    hello,

i found the problem was caused by old plugin version of : convert plus. I am able to solve the issue by disabling the convert plus plugin.

However , new problem found is that , the slider is not compatible with WP Rocket caching plugin , when WP rocket is caching. The slider shows the first frame of the slide and stucked. not moving.

If i by pass the caching , its working great.

    Any solution?

Thank you for the feedback. In case that plugin is interfering with the slider, I'd recommend to exclude LayerSlider from its methods. LayerSlider provides its own caching, so it should still be good. Please look around in that plugin's settings and try to remove LayerSlider from it, so it does not affect the sliders.
