LayerSlider is 100% compatible with PHP 7.2. If you are using an outdated release of the plugin, you will need to update. Both the auto-update and manual installation are described in the documentation: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#updating If you choose to reinstall the plugin with the latest release, your sliders and their settings will not be lost, as they are stored in the database.
I had version 5.2, but it was not telling me any update was available. I even purchased a second copy and updated the key to the new purchase code (which it validated) and it still dint update
When I manually uploaded the latest files to the server, it fixed the issue with the plugin.
The model seems to break on php 7.2
I even purchased A second copy but it still isn't giving me an option to update version
I can manually update the latest version, but will it override any settings? Should any files not be uploaded?
