Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi,

I want to open a slider from a link (image or text) in a specific page.

I have setĀ #open in the "open by click" field but how can I add a link to that slider ?

    Thanks for your help

    Hello I-Visio,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

In case you want to start a popup slider with an external elementĀ from your site, you will need to apply an ID (id="example") or class (class="example") on that element and enter the same selector for ID (#example) or class (.example) to the Open By Click field in the Slider Settings.

So if you've already entered the selector to the popup slider, you just need to set the same attribute on that element that you want to use to open it.

Please also make sure that the slider that you want to use (the popups also has to be added) is inserted to the page. You can also use the Slider Settings -> Popup -> Target Pages section for this purpose.
