    I have a WordPress site and the theme had the WP Slider plugin.  It wouldn't let me do anything in my website until I upgraded the slider--- which I did purchase last week.  I uploaded the slider and made it network active, but all my other site landing pages (subdomains) won't upgrade.  It tells me this license is already been used.  My home website is www.lgfws.com and all the subdomains are www.willmar.lgfws.com, www.eastcentralmn.lgfws.com; Can you help me figure this out.

    Hello DARCI,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    A purchase code can be used to activate 1 live site and up to 3 additional development installations. In line with the Envato's licensing terms, each site requires separate licenses with a unique purchase code. However, by deactivating your installation, you can freely migrate your license to another server/domain if you're moving your site.

    An installation is considered a development environment if the site URL is either:

    • an IP address;
    • has no TLD (e.g. localhost, local, etc.)
    • the TLD or subdomain has a typical name (e.g. dev, test, local, stage, staging, etc.)
    • is on a whitelist (e.g. *.staging.wpengine.com)

    Subdomains and individual sites in a WP Multisite environment are considered different domains/sites and you need to purchase separate licenses for each domain/site where you use LayerSlider.
