Thank you for this advise. I will try. But I see no LayerSlider WP on my Plugin List. I have it directly on the left menu of WP panel. I would like to try to reinstall LayerSlider using WP panel first. Where can I find the toll for desitalation od old version?
In case it was a bundled item in your theme, it might not show up in the Plugins WP menu, if your theme uses a custom method to have it installed. I'd recommend to contact the author of your theme with this case, they should be able to provide you with further details on how to remove their version, so you can install ours.

I already did it – just like in your instruction. Maybe its is a problem with version of theme (Enfold by Kresi)

Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.
I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.
You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

After you reinstall with our version, you should be able to properly activate the item.
