I've checked your site, but there is no slider added to your homepage currently. It seems like the slider was removed from the page, that is why it's not showing. Please re-add the slider that you were using before, that should solve this problem.
I am using Genesis with Widget areas for slider and form - slider doesn't not show (see attach doc).
Then I added a slider to the page above the text "Digital Marketing Specialists" but it doesn't appear their either.When the website was first put in production everything worked fine.
Unfortunately I cannot check the site anymore: "Your access to this site has been limited", but what I've seen before is that the slider is not properly added to the site. And that is why it does not show.
Please try to use one of the plugin's default methods (for example shortcode) to insert a slider, instead of your theme/page builder, to see if that works. I've linked these in my previous reply.
Thank you for the feedback. In case the slider was working with another theme, then the issue is almost certainly related to your current theme.
Unfortunately we are not familiar with the Genesis theme or its methods. I'd recommend to contact the author of that theme with this case. They should be able to look into their theme methods and check what is affecting the slider and preventing it from loading.
My slider stopped showing even after I upgraded last week.

Hello,
I did the shortcode as soon as the issue appeared without any success. I even created a new page with just the slider and no success.
I added the slider to another site I have using another theme and it worked.
I think there is some issue with the Genesis theme and your slider. Have you tested the latest version with Genesis and could you try that?
I really have done all I can to get this to work and cannot change my Theme from Geneis.
