Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi We tried to adjust the slider on one of the slides and now we don't see that coming up and our site is broken.
Can you call me ASAP at +1 (949)-466-8450.
Thank you,
Hemant Warudkar
Hello Hemant,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I have checked your site, but for me the slider is being displayed and working currently.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify what and where should we look for exactly ?
Actually I was able to go back to a previous version and the slider is showing up but the menu on the top is no longer visible.
Do you see the menu?
As I can see your top menu is mispositioned in the header. I'd recommend to check on the menu element in your theme/page builder that you have used to add it to the page.
I do not believe that the slider covers it, but just to make sure you couldĀ set a higher z-index value for your menu than the slider. You can set the z-index for the slider in the Slider Settings -> Appearance -> Custom Slider CSS field by entering z-index:1; or you could even use a negative number.
