    Hi there


    We have been using this product for a while but it has recently caused our site to crash. I re-purchased in the hope that there was an update that would fix it but it didn't. 

    Could you please refund?

    Actually! 

    I found the update. It was taking me to your website instead of the plugin page. 

    All fixed, no refund required.
