    Dear reternity2019,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

As we've already mentioned multiple times in your refund requests, we are only able to offer a refund in justifiable cases. LayerSlider does not have any known "slow load time" issues. And since we cannot even see the slider on your site to check on this problem, we cannot provide you with a refund.

In any case, we can assure you that LayerSlider does not affect your page load speed. It does not require large amount of resources, so even on pages where it's included it cannot generate long load times. The slow load time is most likely caused by something else on your installation/server.

Also, LayerSlider offers multiple options (Advanced tab) that you can utilize to increase performance. The conditional script loading option will only load the scripts when they are needed. The include scripts in the footer option helps with eliminating the render-blocking scripts. The slider markup caching option spares server resources and lowers database connections. Please also note that the caching is not present for logged in admins, so you might not see the difference on the back-end. There is also the Optimize for mobile option in the Slider Settings -> Mobile tab (hidden by default). But ultimately it's up to your site and server how fast they load things. If there are more content on a page, your site might be loading it slower.

Furthermore, there are several practices to speed up websites. For example using cache plugins or optimize images (size and compression). These are unrelated to the slider, more of general recommendations to follow to increase site performance.

If you would like further assistance on this case, please show us your site with the slider, so we can check on this "slow load time" problem. Thank you.

    Hello,
on our side are professional web developers who have tried everything to work with your plugin. The images are compressed and also the cache plugin is activated. As soon as we deactivate your plugin, the page runs without any problems. As soon as your plugin is activated we have big problems with the loading time. I ask you again to refund me the full amount, because we can't work with your plugin on our site...

We are also professional web developers. And as we've already mentioned several times now, LayerSlider does not cause this kind of issue.

We cannot provide you with a refund solely on your claim that it's "not working", without any proof.

Please show us your site with the slider where we can test this ourselves. Until then, we consider this case closed.

    Thank you for your understanding.
