Hello. This is related to a previous ticket submitted to you at this link:
I have the same problem (See Screenshot) described by MilehiiMedia and later addressed by Attila with some CSS coding remedies. However, I tried your CSS solutions (please see the attached screenshot) and I get a green border around my slideshow. Please help me get rid of that green border.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Please show us your site or a test page where we can check on your slider. Thank you.
Thank you. It seems like you've also used the other CSS code (.ls-layers {border: 5px solid #82c341;) from that ticket and you are applying that border yourself with it. You will need to remove this code to fix this.
Hello. I've removed the code in from the .ls-layers section of the Layerslider CSS Editor in wordpress (see attachment). I've saved, refreshed both the editor and the front facing website but still have the green border. Suggestions?
Thank you for the feedback. It seems like the code is still being applied somewhere. Have you used other methods to add CSS to the slider ? Or maybe you also added it in the Slider Settings -> Appearance tab of that slider ? Please verify that this CSS is not loaded anywhere else, and that you are editing the correct slider.
