What is not clear to me (new to WordPress) is where the box is to enter my purchase code. Is it in WordPress or is it on your website somewhere. I am unable to locate in spite of your activation instructions in the "Related URL" for this ticket.
Also, WordPress indicated that the plugin installed and then activated properly. However I still get this message under the LayerSlider WP plugin on the Installed Plug-in page in WordPress:

Naturally, the plugin activation can be done inside the plugin's admin. You can find the product activation box on the main page of the plugin's admin interface, right under the sliders list.
The Theme (Envato - Charity Hub) I chose had it bundled. Being new to WordPress I purchased the plugin and installed the purchased version of the plugin not knowing it was unnecessary. I believe that is why I'm unable to enter the Item Purchase Code after installation because it is unavailable in the Theme. What do I do?
Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.
Please manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.
You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. After that you can proceed with installing our release.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

I have an Item Purchase Code.
I have clicked the "Activate Now" button. Nothing happens, No place appears to input my Item Purchase Code as it shows on your documentation.
Yes, I have disabled all plugins to troubleshoot, but nothing helps.
Using Hueman Pro theme (LayerSlider not bundled).
Envato says: "Unused license available for activating additional sites." But "Activate Now" does not open a field to input my Item Purchase Code.
