I'm using uncode theme , that has included Layer Slider . I created a slider with 5 slides and I wanted to change the slides with mouse scroll. In order to have that option I purchased Layer slider and activated it. The option "play by scroll" became active , but when I activate it all of text and images placed on the slides disappear except for the background images ant the slides don't change on mouse scroll.

Thank you. The slider is empty on test page 2, because the play by scroll feature starts the slider from its initial state. Meaning that no transitions or animations happened yet. After this initial state you can trigger each slide and layer (if you set them to be keyframes) with a scroll.
You can remove the initial "empty state" by using the Start immediately option. So the first stop will show at the beginning of the slider. And you can also eliminate the stop at the end of the slides by using the Skip slide breaks option.
The problem seems to be that, scrolling is disabled on your site. The play by scroll feature can only be used with scroll, so without it, the slider cannot be navigated either.
If you know of a theme option that disables scrolling on your site, please try to change that. If you are not aware of anything like this, I'd recommend to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that helps.
Once the scrolling is back to normal on your site, the play by scroll slider will be working too.
