When I click on part of slider to take me to a new slide nothing happens.
In developer console an error message appears and pauses the script: scripts.min.js?ver=5.1.5:6 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Yes, that is right, that JS error seems to be preventing the slider from working properly. It is generated in your theme files, so the problem is likely caused by your theme.
Please temporary switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Thank you for the feedback. In this case I'd recommend to contact your theme author about this issue. As the error is generated by their theme, they should be able to troubleshoot this and fix the potential problem on their end, so the theme does not interfere with the slider's transition anymore.
LayerSlider is a separate plugin, which you can use independently from your theme. They aren't bound together and you can use LayerSlider on any site with any theme. We're sorry, but we cannot offer you a refund, since your theme and our product are not related in any way. Also, the issue is generated by your theme, not by LayerSlider.
Furthermore, you've already downloaded and used your purchase code to activate the item and its exclusive features on your website. Given the nature of digital goods, it's not possible to "return" them.
The item works exactly as it should. There are no errors in it.
As you yourself also confirmed it, the problem is caused by your theme. Once you switch to a default WP theme, the issue is fixed. So it's clear, that it is your theme that affects LayerSlider and causes this issue, not the other way around.
We're sorry, but we are not responsible for 3rd party items and we cannot offer you a refund on behalf of your theme's fault.

Yes that does fix the problem, but i need to use that specific theme as the rest of the website has been designed around it!
