Yes, you can control that whether the popup should reopen or not. Please navigate to the Slider Settings -> Popup tab. You can use the options in the Repeat Control and Target Audience sections to achieve this.
Unfortunately you cannot minimize popups, they are either being displayed or completely hidden, there is no middle ground.

In addition to my last response, one more thing to note, is that most of the repeat control settings will only take effect if you add the popup to your site with the Target Pages section. So you could try that instead of shortcodes, if you've been using that.
Thank you for the feedback. I've verified your settings and they are correct. The popup should be working the way you want it.
What I can think of is that you've embedded the popup with multiple methods at the same time, and that is causing the issue.
Have you used a shortcode to add the popup to your site before using the Target Pages section ? Or maybe widgets, or your theme/page builder to add the popup ? If you've used any of these methods please remove them, and only leave the plugin's Target Pages section.

I liked your plugging. I bought it for popup. I have 2 questions.
1. I created a popup but it is running every time when i refresh the page. Is it possible it runs only one time for each visitors?
2. Is it possible , can we minimize the popup after visitor closed it?
