I have 4 sliders on this site and for no apparent reason they have all recently stopped working. I have not changed anything that I am aware of. I tried deactivating it then reactivating but no luck. Now what?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Judging from the errors on your site (you can see them in the browser console) we believe that the problem is going to be related to an image preloader or similar item/function on your installation, that is interfering with the slider.
We'd recommend to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. If it does, you can turn them back one by one to see which one is interfering.
If you are using Jetpack, we'd recommend to start with that. We had several issues with it in the past, as it interferes with the slider's content, preventing it from loading.
It's likely that only one module/method of Jetpack is causing this, so you don't have to give up the whole item. You could try to change its settings to see what works. And in case you can't locate the source of the issue in it, then yes, we 'd recommend to contact Jetpack's author team with this case. They should be able to provide further details on their item and hopefully a solution too.

Well done, disabling JetPack did it. However I need Jetpack (blog posts etc.) so do I take it up with them?

Does it work properly if you switch off just "Speed up image load times" at Jetpack > Settings in your site's Dashboard?
If so, I recommend leaving it off, as the two still have some compatibility problems.
That worked. Thanks.
Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem. If you need further assistance please let us know.
