I'm sorry, but I'm not exactly sure what do you mean by that. But if you're looking for a way to add/export the slider to a pdf file, unfortunately you cannot do that.
Unfortunately LayerSlider does not have a built-in option to start up an instance of the Acrobat Reader from itself. But in case the form/pdf is available online, you can easily link to it with the Slide Options -> Slide Linking field. Or if it's a layer that you want to link, then Layers -> Link & Attributes -> Linking field.
As I've mentioned, unfortunately you cannot open up Acrobat Reader from LayerSlider. It's not possible to start a program on your computer from the slider. You can link to the pdf file so the users can access/download it, but I'm afraid you cannot start Acrobat Reader from the slider directly.

I have a slide that has a link. The link is to a form. The form needs to open in Acrobat Reader so it can be filled out. How to I make this happen?
