When I create a full screen slider, once on mobile - everything is tiny. This is normal, but then i recreate the layers in the same slider and turn the deskop ones off but this theme still adjusts even mobile layers.. How can I stop it from auto adjusting the size of mobile layers - fonts, images etc when I make layers for mobile. I don't want to create entirely new sliders for each device...

Naturally, mobile only layers are also responsive just like all other layers. You cannot turn off responsiveness for only certain layers in a slider. What you should do, is to set the mobile layers to be larger than the desktop ones, so they fit better for small screens when scaled. You can test this in the preview window as well. If your mobile layers have the proper initial sizes, they won't be scaled too small even when the slider is responsive. You can even use the Min. mobile font size option for text layers, so they never become unreadable. This setting is located in the Styles tab.
Regarding your theme affecting the slider, unfortunately we cannot do much about that. I believe you should exclude the slider from your theme's custom methods so it does not interfere with it.
