I am getting an error when I try to save my slides saying that the Request Entity Too Large.

From looking online I have found it is from my server settings being limited. According to the Layer Slider WP System Status it says my PHP memory limit is 256 M and my PHP Post Max Size is 33M, PHP Max Upload Size is 64M.

But I have updated my PHP.Config file to have a memory limit of 512. The only setting that state otherwise are within the LayerSlider WP settings.

Is there a PHP file that I need to edit within the actual LayerSlider that I need to edit to increase this limit? If so, where is it located.

    Hello ChassneyFortress,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

There is nothing you can/need to edit in LayerSlider to increase the limit. The limit is set by your server settings and the LayerSlider System Status just shows your current settings. The plugin pulls these values live, so the shown values are most likely the actual ones.

But I do not believe that the problem is related to the Max Post Size. The request entity too large error message is likely related to the webserver Mod Security module. With these kind of errors, usually the LimitRequestBody directive needs to be changed by the server operators.

I'd recommend to contact your hosting with this case as only they have the necessary tools to adjust this. They can check on the module or on this error further in the logs, and make the necessary changes to the server configuration.
