Problems with the importing method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to open the file you sent, but in case the System Status is all green, the problem is likely related to a 3rd party item on your installation, that is interfering with the import method. To continue troubleshooting please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue so you can properly import. Let us know of the results.
Dear support team,
my problem is that the slider upload to Stockholm theme 21 Olaf does not work.
As shown in tutorials I did the following:
press "LayerSlider WP",
press "import slider",
under choose file I took the zip file (slider-1.zip) from the folder xml export,
press "import sliders" button,
"uploading, please wait" appears,
result is message "0 sliders has been successfully imported."
How could I make the upload work?

the system status does not show any errors or give hints to the problem. Please find the screenshot enclosed.
