Works fine on desktop. Works fine on iPhone in landscape, but doesn't show when iphone is held in portrait.
At first I thought it was the hide under option which was set to 600 (I think) but the iPhone has a higher resolution than that, but I removed the option anyway so now that field is blank. It still can't load it.
I've cleared the cache on my mobile so I don't think it is that.
I'm using the "Marketing" template, with very few modifications. I've checked each element of the slider to see if any of them have mobile disabled.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I've tested your site with two iPhones, but the slider was showing for me on both devices in both landscape and portrait mode. Could you please specify on what device/browser are you experiencing this exactly ? Also, are you seeing this error on any other device or just on that specific one ?

I think I found the problem.
The site must have been showing up a cached version since I made no changes and then overnight it was fixed.
I'll have to go look at my lightspeed cache settings to find out why it was taking so long to display the changes.
