We have a site https://parkssuperior.com that has a development site https://devdtg.parkssuperior.com as well. We paid the $25 to activate the plugin and have access to the updates.  Now that we added the Purchase Code to the dev site and updated, the slides are way too big.  You can compare the 2 sites to see what I mean.  Can you let me know how to get the slides to look normal again? I still need to activate the plugin on our live site but don't want to do that until we get this resolved on dev.

    Hello dtg123,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I'd recommend to look through the layout settings of your slider on the dev site. Re-select the slider layout, verify the canvas sizes and so on. It might need a little refresh if you've updated from an old release.

I've also noticed that you are using the Responsive Under option on your slider. This means that the responsive mode will only start working under the specified value. I'd recommend to remove the Responsive Under value you have set. The plugin now calculates this option by itself so you do not have to enter anything. The Responsive Under option is located in the Slider Settings -> Layout -> Fullwidth section. It is hidden by default so you have to enable the Show Advanced Settings button. After you've removed it, you can click it back to the normal responsive layout.

Furthermore, you have a lot missing files/images on your site, as well as mixed content problems. You can see these errors if you open up the browser console.

Removing the Responsive option did the trick. Thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean about opening the site in the browser console. I'm not aware of missing images or mixed content problems.

Thank you for the feedback. I meant the browser's console that you can open by right clicking on the page. The errors are listed there. But if there's no problem, you shouldn't worry about them I think.
