The same can be true if your purchase code has been revoked due to a refund or another reason. In cases like this deactivating the plugin license on your site and then immediately re-activating it can help.
Please note that LayerSlider is a separate plugin, which you can use independently from your theme. They aren't bound together and you can use LayerSlider on any site with any theme.
Also, the theme bundled version comes from the theme author and it differs in many ways. While the plugin is provided for your use, a theme purchase will not grant you a LayerSlider license or access to the premium features.
Furthermore, our records show that you've already used your purchase code to activate the item and its exclusive features on your website. Given the nature of digital goods, it's not possible to "return" them.
