I purchased a license for the slider plugin for the below website. I am having trouble keeping the slider graphic static and just having the text (where lorem ipsum is now) rotate as different sliders. Is this possible to do with your tool?

Yes, it's possible. You can very easily achieve this by creating several layers and displaying them after each other with a delay.
And in case you want to loop them to display them more than one time, you will need to use the settings located in the Loop or Middle Transition section of the corresponding layers.
I'd recommend to utilize the timeline view, it can help a lot with the proper layer timings. You could also take a look at our demo sliders in the Template Store, some of them has similar setup.
