Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I'm trying to get my slider to resize for for mobile and desktop, but cannot figure it out. I've attached the slider and would greatly appreciate your assistance in helping to understand how best to use LayerSlider.

    Hello natewielgosh,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've checked the slider you attached, but that is not the same that you are using on your site currently. On your site the slider is set to be fixed size, which means that it won't resize, but keep its original sizes. You will need to change the slider's layout that is on your site, to be responsive, to solve this.

Hi Attila, the slider I'm actually working with is available http://www.staystrong.fit/home/.

A new issue has arisen: the slider works great while editing using Visual Composer, but then becomes static when published.

I'd be happy to share some credentials to get this resolved.

    Thank you.

Thank you, but unfortunately I get a 404 not found error for the http://www.staystrong.fit/home/ page.

The slider I was referring to is on the top of the homepage: http://www.staystrong.fit/ This is the one with the fixed size layout (non-responsive) and otherwise it looks the same that you sent us.
