You are using an outdated (more than 2 years old) version of LayerSlider on your site. Please update it to the latest release.
That error message is just a harmless notification/debug message about some code related to PHP being deprecated (outdated), and it should disappear after you update to a newer plugin version.
Also, LayerSlider cannot possibly break your whole WP dashboard. Problems like this are usually related to server configuration issues.
