I need to have a looping video background in one of my sliders. So I created a new slider, added a video layer, selected the video, and enabled "use video as background".
The problem is that the video both in the preview as well as on the actual page shows up "black" i.e. it doen't seem to get rendered.
It's a small video in .mp4 format. Is there some limitation on the format in Layerslider so it only supports certain types of mp4 formats? See screenshot.

Turns out the issue was with the video's encoding format. I changed it and now it works. Problem solved.
