I was getting an old jQuery problem which I've resolved but now I'm getting a php 7 error that's preventing the site from rendering the home page. I've had to revert the site back to v5.6 to keep it functioning but the error can be found below:

The problem is that you are using a really old release of the plugin. Version 5.0.2 is almost 5 years old now. Please update the plugin to the latest release. It will solve the PHP issue as well.

Oh my... I thought I was using the current version of the plugin as I had just purchased two new licenses and thought I completed the install before experiencing the problem.

So sorry for the confusion, and thanks for the speedy reply!

    Dear Rizwan,

In cases where the shortcode is appearing instead of the slider, it can mean two things.

Either the plugin is not installed or activated, or you copied the slider's shortcode to a place/element where WP does not recognize shortcodes.

If you need further assistance, please open a new ticket for your case. Thank you.
